Bobbob Flores passes on at 68

Antonio “Bobbob” Flores, 68, of Los Angeles, California, passed away Sunday, January 11, 2015 at the Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center.
Born in Dumaguete CIty, Negros Oriental, Philippines, to Lope Pipo Flores and Soledad Villaflores Barot, he was the youngest sibling to Juanita, Flora, and Romeo. The Flores clan is one of the oldest and largest in Negros Oriental. Bobbob is survived by his wife Josie Castanares Flores of Cebu and their sons Joseph and Christopher.
He studied at and graduated from St. Paul University of Dumaguete City and migated to the U.S. in 1977.
He worked, among others, at the Philippine National Bank and a leading finance company, and later owned and operated, along with his wife, a dialysis service company and a home health agency in Los Angeles.
Bobbob, who loved to laugh, was an unusually liekable man, and made many friends — to mention a few — in his alumni community, the Negros Oriental Association, the Tanjay Association, the Silliman University Alumni Association, and the Santo Nino Association, where he was either an officer or active member.
In memory of Bobbob, his family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to SPUD(St. Paul University of Dumaguete). Interment information to follow.
